What to include in your email
Including these helps us help you faster:
- Your registered email (the one you signed up with).
- A short description of what happened and what you expected.
- Approximate time the issue occurred (your local time + timezone).
- Screenshots if visual, or a brief screen recording for tricky flows.
- If it's about a transaction: the request title, the other party's display name, and the approximate amount.

- Refunds and disputes — see Terms §5 Refunds & disputes. Always raise the issue in in-app chat before tapping "Complete".
- Payouts and fees — see Terms §4 Payment, escrow & payouts. Funds release automatically 7 days after the meet-up unless a dispute is opened.
- Account deletion — in the app: Settings → Account → Delete Account. See also Privacy §5 Your rights.

Reporting a security issue
If you believe you've found a vulnerability, please email support@getbuyforme.app with the subject "Security Report" and avoid public disclosure until we've had a chance to respond. We don't run a paid bug bounty yet, but we credit responsible reporters.
